or want to be a part of the driver community, please read and accept the following terms. By
registering to sign up for an account you will be bound by these terms of use so please read
them carefully.
1 About our terms
1.1 These terms and conditions of use (Terms of Use) explain how you may access and use this
website and any of its content (Site) for the provision of the transportation services
(Services). These Terms of Use apply between RG Technologies Ltd, a company
registered under the laws of England & Wales (company no. 14925565) with registered
offices located at 4th Floor, 14 Museum Place, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 3BH, United Kingdom
(RG Technologies, we, us or our) and you, the person accessing or using the Site (you or
your).
1.2 You should read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site, and these Terms of Use
constitutes a legal agreement entered into by and between you (you, User or Driver) and RG
Technologies. By using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use, you should stop
using the Site immediately.
1.3 You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter
into a legal binding agreement with us. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must
not use the Site.
1.4 If you order any services from the Site, separate terms and conditions will apply as set out
here, Web & App End User License Agreement (EULA).
2 About us
2.1 We are RG Technologies Ltd (trading as PAVE UK, a company registered in England and
Wales under company registration number 14925565) with registered offices located at 4th
Floor, 14 Museum Place, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 3BH, United Kingdom. Our VAT registration

3 Using the site
3.1 To access the Site you will need to create a user account that will be unique to you
(Account). We will require certain registration details from you (such as name, photo, email
address, phone number etc.) to set up the Account. Your provision of registration or other
information you make to the Site (Your Information) shall be governed by these Terms of
Use and EULA. You agree that Your Information may be used to
communicate with you and for the purpose of providing services to you.
3.2 Any username, password, or any other piece of information chosen by you, or provided to you
as part of our security procedures, must be treated as confidential by you, and must not be

disclosed to any other person or entity. You must exercise caution when accessing your
Account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your
password or other personal information. You understand and agree that should you be
provided an Account, your Account is personal to you and you agree not to provide any other
person with access to this Site or portions of it using your username, password, or other
security information unless otherwise agreed with RG Technologies.
3.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or
password or any other breach of security. You are responsible for any password misuse or
any unauthorized access.
3.4 You are prohibited from attempting to circumvent and from violating the security of this Site,
including, without limitation: (a) accessing content and data that is not intended for you; (b)
attempting to breach or breaching the security and/or authentication measures which are not
authorized; (c) restricting, disrupting or disabling service to users, hosts, servers, or networks;
(d) illicitly reproducing TCP/IP packet header; (e) disrupting network services and otherwise
disrupting RG Technologies’ ability to monitor the Site; (f) using any robot, spider, or other
automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring
or copying any of the material on the Site; (g) introducing any viruses, trojan horses, worms,
logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; (h) attacking the
Site via a denial-of-service attack, distributed denial-of-service attack, flooding, mailbombing,
or crashing; and (i) otherwise attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
3.5 When you access and use the Site, we may collect information about your use of the Site,
including your browser type and version, time zone settings, browser plug-in types and
versions, operating system and platform, information about your internet connection, the
equipment you use to access the Site, and your usage of the Site (i.e. browsing actions and
patterns). This information is collected using automated technologies such as cookies, web
beacons, and other tracking technologies. The information we collect may be associated with
personal information that you provide to us or we collect via the Site. We use this information
to help us to improve the Site, to understand usage patterns, to store information about your
preferences, allowing us to customize the Site according to your individual interests and to
develop and deliver better and more personalized functionality. By accessing and using the
Site, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described above.
3.6 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time, to disable or terminate your account,
any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us for
violation of any provision of these Terms of Use or EULA.

3.8 You acknowledge and agree that you will keep all non-public communications with RG Technologies is confidential, including any communications conducted in any private forum set up for your use of this Site.
3.9 You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation
to your use of the Site.
3.10 We make no promise that the Site is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of
the UK. If you choose to access the Site from locations outside the UK, you acknowledge you
do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they
apply.
3.11 We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not
comply with these Terms of Use or any applicable law.
4 Monitoring, Enforcing and Suspending
4.1 RG Technologies hereby reserves the right, without provision of notice to:
4.1.1 Take appropriate legal action, including, without limitation, referral to law enforcement
or regulatory authority, or notifying the harmed party of any illegal or unauthorized
use of the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to fully cooperate
with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to
disclose any Information, the identity or other information of anyone posting any
materials on or through the Site.
4.1.2 Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for violation of these
Terms of Use.
4.2 We will use reasonable efforts to:
4.2.1 delete accounts which are being used in an inappropriate manner or in breach of
these Terms of Use or EULA; and
4.2.2 identify and remove any content that is inappropriate, defamatory, infringes
intellectual property rights or is otherwise in breach of this Terms of Use or EULA.
when we are notified, but we cannot be responsible if you have failed to provide us with the
relevant information.
4.3 If you believe that any content which is distributed or published by the Site is inappropriate,
defamatory or infringing on intellectual property rights, you should contact us immediately

5 Your privacy and personal information

provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy available at [insert link], which

6 Ownership, use and intellectual property rights
6.1 You understand and agree that the Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality,
including, but not limited to, all information, software, code, tools, text, displays, graphics,
photographs, video, audio, design, presentation, selection, and arrangement, are owned by
RG Technologies, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected in all
forms by intellectual property laws including without limitation, copyright, moral rights,
trademark, patent, trade secret, rights in confidential information, designs and design rights,
and any other proprietary rights (an “Intellectual Property Right”).
6.2 We and our licensors reserve all our intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to,
all copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other
intellectual property rights of any kind) whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the
world. This means, for example, that we remain owners of them and are free to use them as
we see fit.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any legal rights in the Site
other than as necessary for you to access and use it. You agree not to adjust, try to
circumvent or delete any notices contained on the Site (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular, in any digital rights or other security technology embedded orcontained within the Site. You shall not directly or indirectly reproduce, compile for an internal database, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, communicate, or transmit any of the material on our Site, in any form or medium whatsoever, except your computer and browser may temporarily store orcache copies of materials being accessed and viewed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RG Technologies grants you a non-exclusive revocable license to use certain features andfunctions of the Site that it makes available to you from time to time for the limited use of providing the Services.
6.4 You have no right, title, or interest in or to the Site or to any content on the Site or any other
access provided to you by Site, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by RG Technologies. Any use of the Site not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use or EULA is a breach of these Terms of Use or EULA respectively.
7 Submitting information to the site
7.1 While we try to make sure that the Site is secure, we do not actively monitor or check whether information supplied to us through the Site is confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable.
7.2 Other than any personal information which will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we do not guarantee that information supplied to us through the Site will be kept confidential and we may use it on an unrestricted and free-of-charge basis as we reasonably see fit. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our Site (including any tools and materials) is accurate, complete, or up to date. Your use of the Site is at your own risk and RG Technologies has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your use of this Site.
8 Representations and Warranties
8.1 You agree that you may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these
Terms of Use.
8.2 Without limiting the foregoing, you represent, warrant and agree that your use of the Site shall not:
a. in any manner violate any applicable law or regulation;
b. involve, provide, or contribute any false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
c. constitute the impersonation of any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by
using email addresses, phone number or screen names associated with any of the
foregoing).
d. encourage any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or
which, as determined by us, may harm RG Technologies, Drivers or Users of the Site or expose them to liability.
e. cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, or alarm any other person.
f. promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
9 Accuracy of information and availability of the site
9.1 We try to make sure that the Site is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, but we cannot promise that it will be at all times up-to-date, error-free and free from
bugs. Furthermore, we cannot promise that the Site will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on the Site is at your own
judgement and risk.

9.2 We may suspend or terminate access or operation of the Site at any time as we see fit.
9.3 Any Content is provided for your general information purposes only and to inform you about us and our products and news, features, services and other websites that may be of interest, but has not been tailored to your specific requirements or circumstances. It does not constitute technical, financial or legal advice or any other type of advice and should not be relied on for any purposes. You should always use your own independent judgment when using our Site and its Content.
9.4 While we try to make sure that the Site is available for your use, we do not promise that the Site will be available at all times or that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted.

We have no control over third party advertising or websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. 11 Disclaimer, Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
11.1 You understand and agree that your use of the Site, its content, and any items accessed or provided to you through the Site:
a. is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement or those arising under statute or custom or usage (the foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law); and
b. may not be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted.
11.2 You are solely and entirely responsible for your use of the Site. To the fullest extent provided by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by denial-of-service attack, distributed denial-of-service attack, overloading, flooding, mailbombing, or crashing, viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or any services or items found or attained through the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any site/portal linked to it.
11.3 Except where such exclusions are prohibited by law, under no circumstance will RG Technologies nor its subsidiaries, affiliates or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, or successors, be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or any Services provided to you and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if such damages were foreseeable. RG Technologies maximum and cumulative liability for any and all damages arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall not exceed, in respect of any and all claims, the sum of £500 (Five Hundred Sterling Pounds). This damage cap shall not apply to claims for personal injury or death which cannot be excluded by applicable law. We are not liable to you if we fail to comply with these Terms of Use because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RG Technologies, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms of Use.
13 General
13.1 These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
14 No one other than us or you has any right to enforce any of these Terms of Use.
14.1 No changes to these Terms of Use are valid or have any effect unless agreed by us in writing or made in accordance with this clause 15 .
14.2 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to vary and amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Our updated Terms of Use will be displayed on the Site, and by continuing to use and access the Site following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by us. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use from time to time to verify such variations.
15 No failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power, or privilege arising from or related to these Terms of Use operates, or may be construed, as a waiver thereof. No single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power, or privilege hereunder precludes any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege
16 If any term or provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these Terms of Use or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
17 These Terms of Use constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and RG
Technologies regarding the Site and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous
understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
17.1 The information and material on this Site, and the Site itself, may be changed, withdrawn, or
terminated at any time in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any
reason, all or any part of the Site is restricted to users or unavailable at any time or for any
period.
